Description

This 5-minute plant protein shake contains 25-30 grams protein per serving and is totally delicious! Made with pistachios, plant protein powder, plant-based milk, and mandarin.


Ingredients

Scale

1/2 banana
2 mandarin oranges
1/4 cup no shells lightly salted pistachios (or no salt pistachios, shelled)
68 ounces your favorite plant-based milk
1 scoop plant protein powder
6 ice cubes


Instructions

Place ingredients in the blender. Cover and blend for one minute, starting at low speed and working up to high speed.
