Michelle’s Mediterranean Hummus Board satisfies with protein, including a mix of creamy and crunchy ingredients. Make this easy but impressive hummus platter by adding tzatziki sauce, pistachios, olive oil, and fresh herbs.
Ingredients
1 (8-oz) container hummus (use flavored hummus, if you desire), about 1 cup
1/2 (12-oz) container tzatziki sauce, about 3/4 cup
1/3 cup Wonderful Pistachios No Shells Lightly Salted, coarsely chopped
Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling, about 2 tablespoons
1/4 cup fresh herbs, coarsely chopped (like parsley, chives, and/or dill)
Instructions
Spread the hummus on a small platter or large plate. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce. Sprinkle with pistachios. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with herbs. Serve with crackers and vegetable crudites.
