Registered dietitian and chef Michelle Dudash recently appeared on the nationally syndicated “The List Show” talking about what a dietitian orders at fast food restaurants.
While chatting with Teresa Strasser, she gave viewers some great tips for ordering out!
- Don’t order sweetened beverages: According to Michelle, it is just totally empty calories without beneficial nutrients and isn’t all that satisfying.
- Steer clear of value meals: They all have medium fries and drinks instead of small. Instead, try ordering a la carte.
