Sparkling Rosé Spritzer with Mint and Lime
Aperitivos and wine spritzers are meant to be enjoyed before a meal and are light on alcohol, with just a touch of bitterness. Wine spritzers were frequently seen in Croatia, mixed with mineral water and ice, plus flavorings like lime and mint.

1 mint sprig with at least 6 leaves on it
1 slice lime
4 ounces sparkling rosé wine
3 ounces POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
1 ounce mineral water
Optional: 1 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Bruise the mint sprig and lime with a muddler or wooden spoon. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour in the wine, POM, sparkling water, and liqueur (optional). Stir.
